Technical Support Specialist

Job description: Role Purpose   Installation and maintenance of all Electronic equipment, telecommunication, CATV and satellite TV equipment & cabling. Job Accountabilities & Activities   - In charge for the electronics, telephone installation assigning telephone extension lines providing telephone features, coordinates to WESA and STC for technical help and information.  Installation of direct lines, cable termination, splice telephone cables, MDF terminal termination, trouble shooting of telephone lines, cables in the compound, offices, new office telephone installation/layout and house wiring telephone installation and maintenance.- LAN cabling installation and layout for the offices assisted and coordinated to the internet providers for the installation of DSL lines internet connections.  Installation/traced of telephone cables for DSL line connections for the new DSL subscribers in the compound.- In charge for the installation of music power amplifier system, set up/clear up PA system for the Al Bustan Facilities function.- Updated telephone direct lines records and cables pairs assignment.  Check intercom system and maintenance.- Assign work orders to the technicians who is capable of the job stated.- Supervise and attend emergency calls for immediate response to the tenant request for this trade.- Prepare material request as required.- Prepare FMR, PAA, FA, & DA as required.- Prepare daily time sheets as per work order. Education & Certifications   Bachelor Degree in IT.  Required Years of Experience    3 years
