You will bring innovation, intelligence and industry experience together with the newest technologies to help clients innovate at scale and transform their businesses.Responsibilities IncludeLead / participate in data governance and quality management implementation initiatives.Work across workstreams to support requirements gathering and documentation.Analyze and perform data profiling to understand data patterns and discrepancies following Data Quality and Data Management processes.Understand and follow best practices to design and develop data governance elements: data catalog, data lineage, quality rules etc.Participate and support governance policies definition through data analysis and profiling.Understand business requirements to translate them into technical requirements for system analysts and other technical team members can drive into the project design and delivery.Interact, guide, manage offshore teams supporting the implementation from offshore Delivery Centers.To land this role, you should have:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields4+ years of overall experience in implementing data governance solutions.Knowledge of Informatica Data Governance stack – IDQ, AXON, Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Quality (CDGC)Able to translate Data Governance processes into detailed designs and perform configurations in Axon related to workflows, facets, admin panel etc.Experience with defining and implementing Data Quality rules in IDQ.Business Analyst skills: business knowledge, data profiling, basic data model design, data analysis, requirement analysisBasic knowledge in Data Lake/Data Warehousing/ Big data tools, Apache Spark, RDBMS and NoSQL, Knowledge GraphExperience with at least one of listed platforms and modern data & analytics solutions –Azure, GCP, Oracle CloudExperience working in a client-facing/consulting environment.Self-motivation, proactiveness and openness to changes.Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines.Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.Effective communication and presentation skills.
