Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting the companys boat club services, achieving revenue targets, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.What Youll Do:Design and implement sales strategies to expand the companys customer base Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required by management Arrange meetings and viewings with potential clients Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Complete new member administration, including initial payment, contracts, document collection, and cheque collection Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns Take part in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional activities to promote the product Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, regulations, and product knowledge for all the companys boats on fleet and their functions RequirementsPrior UAE sales experience, preferably in the boating industry or leisure industry, is highly desirable A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Familiarity with the waters and navigational areas of both locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai is advantageous BenefitsAttractive salary + benefits
