Testing Section Head

· Review all Laboratory and testing activities.· Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the management system.· Reviewing, improving, and confirming the procedures and test methods for all activities and tests to comply with the relevant standards.· Identification of deviations from the management system or from the procedures for performing laboratory activities.· determines the technical requirements for accommodation and environmental conditions as required by the relevant specifications.· Participate in the development of the testing section procedures, and guidelines for the Laboratory.· Monitor the performance of Lab staff members and provide feedback to ensure that all employees are meeting their responsibilities.· Review test results to ensure that processes are being followed correctly and results are accurate.· Review to ensure that lab equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to ensure accurate results.· Define and approve the Lab structure, which ensures that the responsibilities and authorities for relevant roles are assigned, communicated, and understood.· Identify resource requirements and ensure that adequate resources are available to meet the requirements. Responsible for type testing and product accreditation through national and international independent laboratories.
