The SQE provides both communication of requirements and performance feedback to the supplier as well as being a conduit for Quality information across other Raytheon teams. This role involves significant onsite support for the execution of Supplier Assessments, First Article Inspection verification, Source Inspection, problem resolution, and continuous improvement activities at supplier locations within KSA. You will be a key player in the management of Supplier performance and development and represent Raytheon’s Vision, Values, Strategy and Goals in the international supply base.This position will be located in Jeddah, KSA managing and developing Raytheon’s KSA subcontractor. Travel within KSA is required upwards of 25% or as required to support suppliers’ production schedules. Assigns tasks to the team to achieve operational targets, service standards, etc. and ensures practices and procedures are followed by direct reports. Provide continual development of the individual and team performance through coaching, clarifying performance expectations and setting & supporting the delivery of challenging objectives and goals. Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance, and rewards decisions for direct reports. Identifies, defines, and addresses problems that are not immediately evident, but typically not complex.
