Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with extensive expertise in digital marketing platforms and a proven track record of developing successful end-to-end marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM systems, performance marketing, lead tracking, and dashboard creation to drive growth and optimize conversions as well as a deep understanding of paid social strategies, analytics, and a proven track record of achieving tangible sales and ROI.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels to achieve business objectives including Google Ads, Meta platforms, LinkedIn Ads,.Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards for real-time tracking on Google Analytics and Looker Studio to monitor website performance and CRM stages..Lead email marketing initiatives, creating targeted campaigns to engage with different customer segments, improve conversion rates, and retain users using Mailerlite.Conduct conversion optimization for the e-learning platform, ensuring a seamless user journey from initial contact through to conversion.Oversee end-to-end tracking of leads from paid channels to CRM stages, analyzing data to inform strategy and decision-making employing A/B testing and user experience analysis.Manage data-driven strategies using platforms such as Tapfiliate and Pipedrive to ensure effective campaign tracking and reporting.Collaborate with the content team to align marketing efforts with content strategy, SEO, and user engagement goals.Utilize marketing and advertising technologies effectively to drive and measure campaign success for Sales Tracking & Attribution.Collaborate with B2B sales teams to understand the sales funnel and optimize campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.Accurately attribute conversions, leads, and sales to specific ad campaigns.Set up and maintain robust tracking mechanisms within social media platforms and website analytics to measure campaign results and ROI.Engage in community building and leverage collaboration tools to foster team communication, Industry Trends & Innovation and efficient workflow management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and CRM analytics.Proficient with marketing technologies including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, SEMRush, Mailerlite, Zapier, Pipedrive and funnel analysis tools.Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting and analytics platforms.Demonstrated ability in email marketing and conversion rate optimization.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Personal Attributes:‘Can do’ attitude and a high level of energyAble to work under pressureAdaptable to changeSense of humour
