About Role:We're looking to hire for friendly and helpful people to work with us as Customer Service Representatives in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for helping our customers with their questions and sorting out any problems they have.Responsibilities:Here are the main things they will do:Talk to customers and help them, whether it's on the phone, through email, or in person. Listen to what customers are worried about and find ways to fix it, or ask someone else to help if needed. Make sure orders, returns, and swaps are done right and on time. Give customers information about our products, prices, and if they're available. Work with other parts of the company to make sure customers' issues get sorted out quickly. Keep good records of what you do with customers. Check back with customers to make sure they're happy and if there are any other problems. Know a lot about our products, how we work, and what to do if things go wrong. Handle complaints and feedback in a polite and understanding way.Requirements:Here are the qualifications and skills required:High school diploma or equivalent It's good if you've worked in customer service before, but it's not a must. You should be good at talking to people and solving problems. You need to be able to do many things at once and work fast. Know how to use computer programs like Microsoft Office and CRM software. Speak English well; knowing more languages is a bonus.
