Additionally, conduct trend analysis to identify problems and implement solutions ensuring an effective network management performance.About YouThe ideal candidate should have the following:Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Electrical/Communications EngineeringMinimum of seven (7) years experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the IP networkStrong familiarity with IP traffic engineering methods and QoS application and be able to effectively use traffic data to manage the network to the required reliability objectives.CCNP R&S certification or equivalent certificationProficiency in L2/3 transport protocols such as MPLS, LDP, RSVP, L3VPN, L2VPN, VPLS, etcUnderstanding of L2 – L7 protocols including Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP, RTP, HTTP/S, FTP, etc.Knowledge of various L2 switching technologies/protocols including STP/MSTP/RSTP, VXLAN, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, etc.Experience with VRFs, ACLs, DMVPN, VoIP, QoS, SNMP, VPC, and VSSFamiliarity with EGP and IGP routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).Must have a valid Kuwaiti driving license
