Department: Facility ServicesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: SudairDescriptionHandling the Waste management including hazardous and nonhazardous waste as well as wastewater & Follow Pest control procedures.Scheduling the monthly, quarterly, yearly cleaning for areas and all related activities while ensuring all applicable paperwork and area logs are complete and verified.To train environmental team for preparation of disinfectant solution and all related procedures as per SOPs.Prepare and /or coordinate the preparation of the environmental performance summaries and reports, dashboards.Monitoring and maintaining the monthly record of the facility's resource Consumptions (Water, Electricity, all types of Waste, Diesel.Coordinate with the service provider for conducting Environmental monitoring biannually.Assist in the qualification assessment of contractors and service providers and provide feedback.Investigating complaints about noise, pests and other environmental health problemsAssist with environmental incident investigations as required.Supervise Gardening service activity & performance.To ensure availability of disinfectant solution and cleaning tools in placeHandling the stock of cleaning disinfection and tools and initiating the Procurement order according to the required stock.To ensure that the Environmental team follow the safety requirements during cleaning process and material handling & heavy object lifting.Ensure filled the cleaning record of area & area cleaning logbooks & the laundry record.Supervise cleaning of all areas, laundry operations and factory shoe cleaningConduct the required GMP training such as personal hygiene and any relevant training.Manage the environmental team and schedule their shifts and work rotation.Responsible for supervising the Tea boy tasks and performance.Coordinate with the maintenance team in case of any needed fixing for the facility.Assist the safety team for department's safety adhering and requirement as safety department coordinator.Supervise laundry service quality & performance.Preparation and reviewing of SOPs and Policies (GMP/Non-GMP)Initiation of deviations & DCCs & SCCs or any related QMS proceduresPerform Housekeeping tours with management on a weekly basis & document the observation to. be delt with by responsible departments.Perform any related tasks requested by the facility services manager.Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseBachelor's degree in English or administrative field. High level of Microsoft skills in Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Strong time management and organizational skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Prior experience in audits and corrective action planning (preferable).EHS related certification such as OSHA / IOSH (preferable).A of minimum 2 year of experience.
