Distribution Management Manager

Job DescriptionDistribution Managment managerJOB PURPOSE:This role purpose is to:Maximize Pfizer’s business at Distributor level in Public and Private channels in Egypt by coordinating with different cross functions. Finding innovative solutions to enhance patients access to Pfizer's innovative solutions. Ket AccountabilityWork with cross functional team to accelerate/implement products Launches. Close follow up with different distributors to ensure their commitment with contractual agreements . Designing/Amendment /renewal of distributor contractslinking between Distributor and pharmacy to ensure timely access of Pfizer medication to different patients. Manage Local Inventories and liaise with Production/distribution planning. Coordinate with commercial teams and PGS to ensure up-to-date demand forecast and reliable Supply. Be a change agent internally and externally to transform price driven purchasing decisions to value based and sustainable partnerships between Pfizer and key institutions through Distributors. pro-actively share opportunities/risks in the market. POSITION RELATIONSHIPS:Reports to Tender, NAM, Distribution Management Lead, ELICollaborates frequently with Regional Sales Intermediaries ,H&V, Marketing, Medical, PGSCE platform , Category Leads, Finance , legal and Compliance.TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL/PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES NEEDED:Understands customer insights. Demonstrates business acumen. Influence without authority Self-awareness Ability to introduce structure and process REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5 years' experience level in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries with a strong - commercial/sales focus. Previous experience in Channel management model is a Plus. Demonstrated results leading in multi-cultural and matrix teams Fluent in written and spoken English.
