ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:Provide and develop rewards tools in order to attract, motivate, retain and engage a highly qualified diverse workforce while keeping legal compliance in place. Proposes, implement and supervision of HR related policies.ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement and design rewards processes policies and system in line with the business strategy and latest trends.Compensation survey coordination; perform independent analysis of internal and external benchmarking; up to date latest compensation trends and best practices.End-to-end lead of reward cycle (preparation, system administration and upgrades, LM education and communication).Offer management coordination.Manage Flexible Benefits Program (design vendor management, system administration and upgrades, communication).Implement budget control and reporting in the area of responsibility.Advise stakeholders regarding all rewards topics.ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGREDIENTS: MSC or higher degree holder. Preferably Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of multinational experience of Human Resources in Rewards Area.Comprehensive view on issues, structured thinking, analytical skills.Task organization and prioritization skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Customer centric approach.Ability to contribute to effective teamwork, collaboration skills.Strong ownership of own tasks. Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint advanced user, Visio, SAP, Think Cell.English & Arabic Language fluency.
