Today, MEST dedicates all of its efforts to delivering the highest quality standards of IT Services.The RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.You Will Be Responsible ForOrganising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Computer Hardware and IT Services industry.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferredWhat's on Offer?Work alongside & learn from best in class talentFantastic work cultureA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities
