Spiro, part of the GES collective, are currently recruiting an Account Manager to join our Middle East team. Spiro employees are great at collaborating and communicating.Key Activities And ResponsibilitiesManage tactical activities pertaining to clients’ exhibit program and associated projects.Develop a strong understanding of clients’ products, services, exhibition practices, workflow procedures and ongoing marketing goals.Coordinate activities of Spiro 3rd party vendors and clients outside agencies.Working with designers, develop project specifications and obtain estimates.Prepare detailed project cost proposals and present to clients.Manage Spiro and 3rd party production, show service and logistics details prior to the show including coordinating Design, Estimating, Project Management, Transport, I&D and Show Services to ensure budgets, timelines and deliverables are achieved.Travel to show venue to supervise construction, fulfill client requirements for show-site support through to dismantling as required.What You’ll NeedYou will be an experienced Account Manager who has specialised in coordinating the design and build of exhibitions and live events both in an operational and management capacity.
