Job Purpose:We are looking to hire Division Head, Economics &Investment Analysis,This job role is to ensure This role holder is responsible for maintaining IMI’s forecast model and implementing improvements as the business grows. This role holder is also responsible for the financial planning and investment analysis for IMI.Key Accountabilities & Working Relationships:Key Accountabilities:The Division Head, Economics &Investment Analysis, who will be responsible for but not limited to:Provides analytical support in determining the feasibility of potential transactions and associated impact to IMI’s financials.Leads analytical research and report on financial information as well as monitor financial movements within the market.Reviews existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for business improvements by creating and delivering to management detailed presentations for all the analytical outputs such as investments, annual budget, etc.Reviews financial data analysis and creates financial models for decision support.Facilitates improvement in financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances and recommend actions to the management.Develops and maintains confidential protected databases to monitor business performance and provide management into any risks or opportunities.Evaluates profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed.Develops initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth.Working Relationships:Internal Interactions: Frequent contact with Senior Management and all function and department heads for direction and guidance.External Interactions:Company shareholders, affiliates, government entities and third parties as applicable.Who we are looking forEducation:Bachelor of Management or Business Studies, Finance or Economics, Science, Engineering, or any related major.Experience:Minimum of 9-15 years of relevant experience.Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations):Chartered Financial Analyst CFA (preferred)Certificate in Business Decision AnalysisCompetencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Analytical skills and an eye for detailCommercial awarenessNumerical skillsPlanning and organizational skillsAbility to understand broader business issues.Communication and presentation skillsLanguages:English.
