Job Description
Job Purpose:The Analyst plays a pivotal support role in driving data-backed decision-making and operational efficiency across inventory, asset, weighbridge, scrap, and rental management areas.
Working closely with the Manager, this role connects data, policy, systems, and operations by performing insightful analyses, monitoring compliance, and assisting in tool development and policy execution.Key Responsibilities:
Analytical SupportPerform regular analysis on inventory movement, aged stock, asset utilization, rental deployment, scrap sales, and weighbridge records.Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve control and reduce inefficiencies.Assist in preparing exception reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
Reporting & Dashboard CoordinationPrepare and update department-level dashboards and MIS reports (Inventory, Asset, Rental, Scrap, and Utilities).Consolidate project/site-level data and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.Highlight deviations or anomalies for corrective actions.
Policy & Compliance MonitoringAssist in reviewing and drafting policies, SOPs, and control documents.Monitor adherence to procedures across sites and follow up on compliance gaps.Ensure timely availability of records and control documentation.
System & Tool SupportSupport the implementation and enhancement of ERP, AMS, and other digital tools.Coordinate data validation, issue resolution, and process mapping with relevant teams.Ensure quality master data management across all tracking platforms.
Coordination & DocumentationAct as a connecting point for sites, stores, finance, and IT pertaining to inventory and asset control activities.Maintain records of meetings, policy changes, and action items for the department.Coordinate follow-ups on data, approvals, and process compliance.
