Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law (LLB), or a related field (with equivalency by the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.GPA 3.0 minimum.Proficient in English and Arabic.Key Accountabilities:Implement the policies, systems, and procedures to fulfill procedural and legislative requirements while delivering quality and cost-effective services.Maintain and update, if required, the polices, systems, and procedures for the Section in line best practices, KFAS’s standards, and other applicable laws and regulations.Draft Memorandum of understanding (MOU), contracts, tender documents, etc.Support the planning and execution of board meetings, including logistical arrangements, technology setup, and participant coordination.Assist in the preparation of materials, presentations, and reports for board meetings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.Review internal policies and ensure adherence to legal respective requirements.Complete all day-to-day operations including tasks and activities requested by the Legal Officer – BSO.Maintain diligent records of board meetings, including accurate minutes, resolutions, and action items and file documents per established procedures to ensure easy and accessible retrieval.Assist in maintaining the integrity and security of electronic records, documents, and archives.Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and practices, with a focus on international leading practices, process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.Demonstrate a vision and values in work, motivating and collaborating with all institution members to foster a shared culture and a positive climate.Prepare progress reports accurately and in a timely manner that covers Legal – BSO activities.Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Board Secretary.
