Job DescriptionThis role will be contract based for 4-5 Months duration & reporting to Head of TenderMust have experience in Civil and Infrastructure experience.Study of the tender drawings and liaise with the consultants to resolve any deviations in the process.Floating enquiries for the subcontract items and to ensure that the technical proposals are obtained on time.Assist in working out the rates for individual items and pricing the tender as per the specifications and drawings.Contributed to value engineering efforts, proposing cost-effective solutions and materials to maximize project profitability.Prepare quantity ratio abstract for different elements and to analyze the same for different projects.Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 10+ Years of UAE ExperienceContract Duration: 5 MonthsWork Location: Deira, DubaiWorking Days: 5 Days a weekWorking Hours: 9 Hours a dayCandidate should be available to Join immediatelyVisa & Insurance will be provided by the company.
