Where you will add significant value, identifying ways to further strengthen and, to continuously support in providing outstanding service to our business; ensuring quality and consistency in all that we do.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the resort management.Understand and abide by all Government laws relating to the hotel.Be actively involved in enforcing compliance of all Kerzner International programs.Ensure service programs are in place and executed against.Provide timely, real-time feedback to management and colleagues on service and operational standards, including feedback on even the smallest service and operational details.Create and support clear lines of responsibility for management team, including coverage and oversight throughout the day.Review and follow up on property guest review platforms scores, comments and assist to provide feedback to customers.Act as a project manager for the execution of capital improvementsProvide coaching on operations.Manage and sustain sales and marketing strategy for the property.Establish property sales strategy, goals, and action plans.Manage relationships with decision makers at top accounts for the resort.Interact with in house guests to prospect for new sources of business.Measure, analyze, and communicate property performance using a variety of financial or non-financial data including controllable costs, sales revenue, guest satisfaction, and colleague engagement data.Control and analyze departmental costs to ensure performance is within budget.Conduct business reviews periodically.Ensure ongoing development of managers with respect to recruitment, performance appraisals, counseling, coaching, training, and disciplinary action.Attend/lead daily morning briefings and any other meetings as scheduled.Undertake additional duties as requested by the General Manager of the resort.Experience and Qualifications:Ability to lead, motivate and develop colleagues.Be innovative, financially savvy, Connect emotionally with guest and internal customer.Be well versed in the Colleagues competencies of Kerzner International.2 Years’ experience in a similar position in an executive committee capacity.Strong Microsoft Offices skills.Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic languages.Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Hotel/Restaurant or Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience required.If you are the one to make every detail count & are bold to go beyond the obvious in every task assigned with positive energy & have the passion to make it happen, then we are looking for you.Please apply directly through this website and submit your most recent CV.The brand is expanding faster than ever before.
