Job Description

· JOB PURPOSE: To identify sales operations strategic objectives and formulate the respective strategy, provide operational oversight and control on sales operations activities and contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives within set KPIs, budget and respective policies and processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Strategic ContributionDirect the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and implement the strategic agenda of the Sales Operations department to deliver NADEC vision and mission.Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational business plans for the Sales Operations department and monitor the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s strategy. LeadershipDirect the activities of the Sales Operations team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies and procedures.Build and lead a motivated, engaged and competent team, by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to NADEC vision, mission, values, and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated team, and continuously improve performance. Budgeting· Develop, submit and upon approval, implement the Sales Operations budget, monitoring its accurate execution, identifying cost-saving opportunities and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations, in order to ensure compliance with pre-set targets. Core AccountabilitiesSales DevelopmentSet sales department targets, develop sales tactics based on past data analytics reports and market trends, in order to achieve market share and sales growth.Set sales KPIs (number of customer visits, number of closed deals, etc.) and monitor results identifying areas of unsatisfactory performance to capitalize on potential performance improvement opportunities and enhance the company’s sales activities.Sales Fleet ManagementDevelop, plan and monitor van salesmen activities in terms of daily sales targets, coverage targets, brand target and cash van loadings to ensure that sales routes are followed diligently and achieve monthly sales targets.Monitor and follow up on sales and the collection of sales fleet invoices (credit and cash) to make sure that the sales fleet are operating in line with NADEC credit terms.Follow up with sales fleet teams to monitor stocks and maintain sufficient stocks in the fleets at all times to ensure the ability to fulfil consumer demand.Gather and consolidate information from Sales Fleet team regarding market trends, changes and development to update the current strategies to all the changes and protect NADEC interests.Customer RelationshipsPlan, monitor and conduct analysis of customer information across all dimensions such as products purchased, volume, demographic profiles, usage patterns, traffic distribution to present proper products in the future.Monitor customer data collection to enhance the quality of customer information, reveal customer preferences and order volume, to prepare a sales forecast.Develop segmentation and customer value management programs to extract maximum value from the customer information assets and integrate it into the upcoming sales plan.Implement CRM tools across the company to track client activities, record accounts payables, etc., in order to ensure a better follow up and enhance client relationship.Follow up on different issues (delivery, quality of materials, credits limit, etc.) with all clients and work on implementing solutions to enhance client relationship and contribute to client satisfaction.Lead the Sales teams in creating and maintaining relationships with clients, stores, and strategic partners, in order to ensure the expansion of NADEC ‘s network and establish excellent rapport with partners. Policies, System, Processes and ProceduresManage the development and implementation of the sales operations policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas for improvement, to ensure efficient and effective operation.Ensure compliance with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment. Change ManagementMotivate the employees and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering best practices.Ensure that all departmental reports and statements are completed timely and comply with local and international principles of governance and the organization’s policies and standards. JOB CONTEXT · Sr. Manager Sales Operations will be working from NADEC offices and might have to travel as and when needed. · QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Education and Certifications · Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or any related field· MBA, Masters, technical awards in a related field (Preferred) Experience: · +10 years of experience in a relevant field
