Procurement Team Leader

You as a Procurement Team Leader will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in EL Sharkia, Egypt. You will be assisting the company in creating strong relationship with supplies and maintaining the existing one. Sourcing good, materials and service at competitive prices and advising database upper-level staff member on which suppliers to contract with.Your ResponsibilitiesImplementing inventory optimizations strategies within Hitachi Energy and negotiating prices, quality, and delivery schedule with suppliers.Woking with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation.Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.Providing solutions to Hitachi Energy spending and outsourcing.Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your backgroundA bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering is required.Minimum 5 to 8 years in supply chain experience is preferred.Strong analytical and problem solving, negotiation, Microsoft word, Power point, excel and proven communication is preferred.Drafting of contracts, sound time management and organization skill is required.
