Job Description
Job Title: Wellness coach/ Associate CounsellorAbout the RoleAs a Wellness Counselor in a corporate setting, you will play a key role in promoting mental well-being and emotional resilience among employees. You will work collaboratively with the internal team and corporate clients to curate wellness interventions, deliver group and individual counseling sessions, support content and program development, and manage relevant data for reporting and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesCounseling & Employee SupportProvide individual counseling sessions to employees facing emotional, psychological, or work-related challenges.Conduct group therapy or support group sessions focused on stress, anxiety, burnout, work-life balance, etc.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all therapeutic interventions.Program Design & InterventionCollaborate with the wellness and HR teams to co-curate interventions aligned with employee needs.Design and implement thematic wellness campaigns, awareness drives, and webinars.Content DevelopmentDevelop engaging, evidence-based wellness content including newsletters, psychoeducational material, and toolkits.Contribute to digital and hybrid wellness programs tailored to diverse workplace populations.Client Interaction & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with corporate clients to understand organizational culture and specific needs.Participate in regular review meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions with client stakeholders.Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and program impact metrics.Support data analysis and generate reports for internal and client use, ensuring compliance with data privacy norms.
