Daily Operations:Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of workContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvementAssist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standardsBusiness Development:Participate in business development initiatives Assist in designing the business intelligent report and analysis the resultsStudy and analysis the customers’ complains and suggestions that are provided by the resellers and the services managers to provide the best recommendations. Study the behaviour of our customers and come up with the best recommendations.Analyse the strength weakness opportunities and threat (SWOT) for take the action.Analyse the internal and external environment for determine the needs , pains and collect required data Collect and write the requirements for Business case to determine the scope.
