They ensure alignment between business objectives and the IT architecture spanning application, data, infrastructure, security, cloud, demand management, and strategy implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:Provide direction and mentorship to the Enterprise Architecture team.Advise the executive team on technology trends, innovations, and potential investments. Establish and oversee the architectural governance framework. Strategy ImplementationDrive the implementation of the IT strategy across the organization. Ensure continuous alignment of IT projects with business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams on large-scale IT initiatives. Demand ManagementEngage with key business stakeholders to understand and anticipate IT demands. Shape and prioritize the IT project portfolio in alignment with business strategies. All Areas From The Enterprise Architect JDApplication, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud Architecture responsibilities at a more strategic and leadership level.Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale IT initiatives and teams.Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Note: The Senior Enterprise Architect role assumes all responsibilities and qualifications of the Enterprise Architect but at a more strategic and senior level, often with broader influence and decision-making authority. Experience banking/finance pjts like Mergers & Acquisitions, Housing Loan etcQualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
