Do you have both management consulting and line experience in L&D/TD/PM?|Are you looking to join a pioneer in the field?About Our ClientLeading Health Care entity with a highly dynamic, progressive working environmentJob DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:Design and implement the learning and talent development strategy, including but not limited to career development frameworks, succession plans, talent assessment and development programs in alignment with the overall strategic objectives and directions related to the people agenda.Conduct the learning needs analysis exercise across all functions and support in developing organisation wide annual learning and development plan.Lead the design of learning and talent development programs including induction programs, specialised workshop/courses, leadership and coaching programsDirects the formulation of the learning and talent development KPIs and oversee the overall organisational and individual performance of talentOversee the design and implementation of Emiratisation programs to source and attract UAE nationals through various official channels including outreach campaigns, career fairs, sponsorships, Emirati graduate programs, etc. while ensuring meeting the Emiratisation targets.Design and implement competency frame working activity and consult at group wide levelThe Successful ApplicantKey prerequisites for the successful candidate will include:10+ years of progressive career experience inclusive of 7+ years management experience in a large MNC organisationManagement Consulting in TM/PM/L&D capacity as well and line (in-house) experience idealExperience working as a senior manager (director preferred) in large and high performing MNC set upExperience in talent mapping, learning and development, competency frameworks and change management systemsExperience working with business partners to deliver expert services to key accounts responsively to meet required needsWhat's on OfferThere is a competitive package of up to 70,000AED + Benefits per month and the unrivalled opportunity to join a highly dynamic organisation with autonomy and high levels of ownershipContact: MicrosoftTeams-image (2).pngSevda SavasQuote job ref: JN-022024-6345803
