The candidates must have a proven consulting track record and an interest in working on high-profile projects in the Middle East. The projects include strategy development, business and operating model design, large-scale transformations, operations improvement, supply chain development, digital transformation, telecommunication, PMO, and others. Our clients offer best-in-class compensation and cover accommodation or transportation costs.Engagement date: As soon as possibleDuration: Generally 1-6 months projects under a hybrid model, with a minimum requirement of 50-70% onsite presence or (on some occasions) fully remote modelResponsibilities:Lead or participate in consulting projects deliveryBuild relationships with consulting firm’s clientsDevelop and deliver client presentationCollect, analyze, and assess data from various sourcesSupervise and guide internal junior teams (when required)Manage relationships with diverse client stakeholdersProvide ad-hoc project support activitiesQualifications:2-10+ years of strategy consulting experienceMust be willing to travel to UAE/KSA/Qatar for onsite client presence (on most projects)Knowledge of the Arabic language is not required because all projects are delivered in English but could be an additional assetExperience in public sector projects in GCC is a plusExperience in other sectors such as real estate, transportation, energy, digital transformation, financial services, TMT, healthcare, retail, or others will also be consideredCandidates who do not have problems obtaining UAE/KSA visas or residents of these countries are preferred
