Ensuring the quality assurance of HR process and procedures, and the available tools and portals.You will also play a key role in implementing HR initiatives including early careers development for young talents, strategic partnerships with Saudi universities as part of employer branding.Coordinating and supporting employer branding initiatives, and contribute in Employee Engagement practices and Talent Development implementation activities.Coordinate and oversee the effective execution of the first 90 days onboarding roadmap for new hires, ensuing a smooth transition.
