You will have excellent communication and service skills and enjoy consulting and advising guests on treatments and products specific to their needs, whilst delivering wellness experiences from your heart within a busy, high-profile, luxury SPA environment.You will provide both spa and aesthetic services such as massage, hammam body therapies, facials, manicure, pedicure, waxing, threading and other services daily ensuring therapies are performed to five-star standards. This role will also entail identifying the needs of guests and advising on various products and therapies - upholding a high level of professionalism at all times. You will go above and beyond the guest’s expectations, creating everlasting memories, and an amazing spa experience for each and every guest.About YouIdeally, we’d like you to hold an international Cidesco or Cibtac qualification, or a diploma / certificate in massage or beauty therapies and have had 3 years’ experience working in luxury SPA brand. To succeed in the role you should have excellent communication skills and be able to read the situation in the room flawlessly as well as handle complaints effectively. You will have excellent grooming standards and eagerness to keep your knowledge up to date with beauty and wellness industry trends.
