Project sales leader

Responsibilities:Implement the sales plan accordance with the company's policies and procedures.Know the advantages and specifications of the products and services in the company.Search for new customers and identify their needs.Preparing daily periodic reports on the progress of workAssist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting, inspecting, and making offers of purchase on real estate properties.Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.Develop a good understanding of the client's needs.Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.Develop a good understanding of the client's needs.Experience & skills:Bachelor or Diploma Degree in relevant Field.Experience in Real estate is a must.Very good communication skills.Negotiation skills.
