As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE.Position OverviewThe Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts within the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Senior Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cybersecurity sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape in the META region.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the META region. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and activities. Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and pursue growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for expansion. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of our cybersecurity solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts and complex solution selling. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the cybersecurity industry. Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, products, and services, with a particular emphasis on network security, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and cloud security. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, navigate complex sales cycles, and influence key decision-makers. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the META region as required.
