We cover all sectors and industries and provide unparalleled customized analysis and superior strategic insights.Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a Consultant with expertise in deals strategy for a project-based role in Abu Dhabi.Roles & Responsibilities:Meet with the Companys representative to understand the Transaction parameters.Exchange of information and review all the relevant documentation and previous communication held with the Buyers advisorKick off meeting with the Buyers advisorAdvise the Company on the deal structureManage communication with the Buyers advisor and agree key termsDD OversightNegotiate binding terms with the Buyer to the best interest of the CompanyConclude Sale Purchase Agreement with the BuyerCoordinate in the closing of the Transaction and funding
