Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions. Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, purchase order issuance, receipt, and payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier consolidation, negotiation, and alternative sourcing strategies while maintaining product quality and service levels. Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and price fluctuations. Manage supplier contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years in procurement and supply chain management. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
