Please note- Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Full time- Onsite)Position Objective:Looking to hire a certified specialist in IT operational excellence to develop and implement organizational key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards and dashboards related to IT operations -Incidents, service management, capacity, and availability, Network. (Multi-technology environment is a must)Job Description and Responsibilities:Develop organizational key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards and dashboards related to a different infrastructure network, platform, electromechanical, and application performance.Develop and maintain a process for gathering, validating, and analysing performance information to track KPI compliance.Monitors/measures and reports on vendor performance and provides results on vendor SLAs.Develop/Monitor/measure and report on OLA/SLA within the organization and provide reports.Drives the standardization of SLAs and vendor measurement with stakeholders.Apply a range of data analysis techniques to give senior managers a detailed understanding of the effectiveness of various reports, potential risks, and potential problems.Establish a process for creating different reports within the relevant timescales.Develop a clear understanding of the scope and content of performance reports required by Management/Executives.Identify performance monitoring gaps, and the implications of the gaps, and make recommendations as to how to address those gaps.Qualification and Skills:Master or Bachelor in Information Technology10+ Years Experience with a minimum of 5+ years experience in the relevant field of leading a large program and project of IT operation excellence and Business Intelligence.MIn 5 years as Lead/Manager and Hands-on experience in Developing organizational key performance indicators (KPIs), scorecards and dashboards related to a different infrastructure network, platforms, electromechanical, and application performance.Experience performing business intelligence or business analyst functions, turning data into useful information, including visualization through dashboards.Strong skills in using analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau etc).Required certifications include KPIs and Scorecards.Any certification in Data Analysis tools will be a plusKnowledge of different performance standards and benchmarks.Good analytical skills.Good written and spoken English and ARABIC.
