Be a strong support for the Care Offer team, to articulate training on priorities and business-needed topics.This role will be based at Sephora University. The role will require to do store visit (40% of time) and to travel to OGCC countries (Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain) – visit UAE flagships on weekly basis and countries on a quarterly basis or if business requires it).Key AccountabilitiesCare EducationSupport and/or manage delivery of all Care-related training modules (including in-class and digital).Be responsible for leveraging care knowledge and expertise by teaching about skincare and haircare trends, application techniques, selling techniques, cross category, and product knowledge.Work with the Regional Care Trainer to build and review your training plan and calendar.Track development, progress and learning of the Care team.Monitor and compile training data to support certification process.Support in building and/or updating Care training content.Always promote digital learning and use of the LMS during your store visits.Partner closely with cross-functional business partners:Store & Retail Management – share feedback, align on business, priorities & support needed at store level.Care Offer team – tight collaboration at all times to align on priorities & needs.HR – support in providing feedback on the Makeup team.KSA Care Trainers – collaboration, exchange of best practices and learning from each others.Care Coaching & SupportVisit stores on a weekly basis to support with follow up, coaching and assessment.Encourage and develop the Care team’s skills through feedback and coaching on care knowledge facial application techniques, selling speech, and Sephora Attitude. Support in-store assessments of Care team through coaching, feedback, mentoring and collecting data for follow up. Provide monthly activity reports to your Manager & Retail leaders.Take part in the bi-yearly Category assessments.Care Brands TrainingManage admin work related to Care brand training (store visits, digital trainings, attendee lists for brand training, testers request…).Support in delivery content in multi-brand trainings organized internally.Support Care brands digital trainings (when needed).Support organization and monitoring of Care Masterclass training with involved brands.Support yearly Care Education events (Community, Brand Conventions…).Skills, Experience And PersonalityThe successful candidate will have a strong expertise in Skincare & Haircare and experience in retail as Beauty Expert. Experience in managing and delivering training is a plus. Project management is a plus. Arabic is mandatory for this position.The ideal candidate will have good communication and presentation skills. She/he must be very agile and flexible, able to cope and manage different projects, dealing with various business partners. Ability to give and receive feedback. It is essential that they have a passion for people with the ability to think creatively and are self-motivated to work independently.It is key that they have fully understand the business needs and adapt to the requirements and work with the different departments of Sephora Middle East HQ, high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.Most importantly, the candidate needs to live and breathe the Sephora Culture, DNA and Employee Value propositions (EVP). They need to have excellent authentic communication, strong confidence, leadership and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
