You are the VM referent of the store.you directly report to the VM Director ME and supervise the stores of Middle Eastern countries (UAE, KSA, Kuwait).Maintain and implement visual standards across CELINE stores in the Middle Eastern countries to ensure an on-brand and consistent client journey throughout the retail network. Ensure CELINE visual standards represented across store merchandising, product launches, events, special animations, and store openings. Assist in the creative effort, specifically spearheading budgeting and production, to imbue in-store experience with innovation and animation supporting larger zone sales objectives as well as strategic ambitions.Your impactLiaise with the Visual Merchandising Manager to follow VM guidelines and ensure proper visual representation in the stores.KEY RESPONSABILITIES:Prior opening, you check the deliveries with the stock team to isolate the novelties and replenishments of the day. You communicate to the sales team the newest products delivered. You integrate these products to the dedicated OOE area in the back of house with key attention for smaller products presentation on trays (SLG, Costume jewelry, Sunglasses, textiles accessories)You adjust the displays in the store throughout the day depending on the sales and on the delivery of the day to ensure the store is always meeting our standards’ expectation, aligned with our guidelines and supporting the specific business needsYou communicate with the local VM Team to ensure they are aware of all the adjustment you doDuring the morning brief you highlight the key VM point to ensure the store team is collaborating with you and understanding the VM strategyProfilePROFIILEMinimum 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within a store (ideally a flagship) or within a country. Capacity to understand a silhouette and to translate it into a display. Able to adjust a guideline to match the architecture and business specificities of a store. Organized, careful, eye for detail. Able to propose solution that both meets Retail and Image needs,Project management skillsStrong communication with different departments: you know how to address VM matters to Retail population.
