The Group’s business operations cover a wide range of industry verticals including Healthcare, Government, Smart City & Smart Mobility, Oil & Gas, Fintech, Geospatial, Aviation, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics and Sports.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in defining the strategy for market entry and business plan for different products and services of G42 companies by performing market sizing, discovering and engaging with potential partners, coordinating with internal stakeholders and overseeing implementation.Closely interact with leadership team and senior executive of multiple G42 group companies to lead and execute on different projects and initiativesCreate and track business plans and key performance metrics for different initiatives and projects undertaken by G42 in India; closely coordinate with finance team to ensure alignment of financial budgets with on ground implementationEvaluate new ideas and opportunities for different G42 companies and support the same through research and analysisPrepare materials and presentation for internal and external meetings, share business updates with G42 India’s leadership team and have complete ownership of workstreams end-to-endCreate and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levelsDevelop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendationsQualificationsSkills and attributes for successA learning and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take end-to-end ownership of tasks with limited oversight. A successful strategy associate will be able to navigate through opaque problem statements, use clarity of thought to structure solutions and be resourceful (both internally and externally) to oversee implementationTo qualify, you must haveBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, economics, engineering or computer science3-5 years of experience in top tier strategy consulting, venture capital and /or high growth startups (SaaS / software experience will be an added bonus)Familiarity and past experience with creating presentations, business plans and conducting researchProven analytical and numerical ability, and familiarity with Microsoft excelStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insightsIdeally, you’ll also needStrong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applicationsProven ability to manage projects and user testingExtensive experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Kibana etcHigh proficiency in technical writingLocation: Abu DhabiWhat we look for:If you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
