Operations and Maintenance Manager

Ensures Operations and Maintenance staff comply with their responsibilities relating to the company's Safety Manual, H&S Manual and current Policies and Procedures Development of Business StrategyRepresents RDKSA in Operational meetings with RCU and other key stakeholders when necessary.Owns and implements the Operation and Maintenance SOP’s.Responsible for planning operational and maintenance services (schedules, preventive, and corrective maintenance, cleaning of assets ) and interaction with, OEM’s and RCU regarding this topic.Ensure all technological systems for operations and maintenance are implemented and monitored. Liaise within house RDKSA- IT, third party suppliers to trouble shoot and resolve any issues.Profil De Candidat RecherchéIn accordance with strategic guidance, review and interpret current and future operational and maintenance demand in connection with the business requirements and future needs and produce an annual operating plan.Drives all FWA related Operational and Maintenance training and retraining activities.Monitoring, compiling and reporting the performance metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Investigating shortfalls and applying remedial actions accordinglyResponsible for reporting maintenance performance to line managerMaster user of maintenance software (AVM, AFC, CMMS, etc.) manages relationship with vendors. Assist to the development and operations and maintenance of the Hazard Log and the Principal Risk register through the identification and effective mitigation of hazards relating to operations.Regular and random site visits demonstrating visible leadership.
