Come and join the world's fastest rocketship ????What You’ll DoOversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive workplace. Manage office needs and day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring that the office is equipped for the team to organized and that the team has what is required to work efficiently, including restocking snacks and beveragesCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and servicesManage travel arrangements and accommodations for employeesDevelop and implement employee experience strategy for designated locations for Workplace initiatives and programs, including eventsOrganize team-building activities and events.Responsible for developing and managing the office budget(s) for all relative locations.Continuously review and analyze current budget, operational strategy & procedures to optimize for efficiencyTakes full ownership of designated office(s) and maintains a high service standard & operational excellence Requirements2+ years experience in an Office Management or similar positionFluent English and Arabic language skills (written and verbal communication)Exceptional project management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of multiple projects Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced workplace with rapidly changing priorities Resilient with the ability to adapt, learn and operate with a growth mindsetStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively, and manage conflict constructively Effective Vendor/3rd Party management experience Workplace/Facilities experience in a startup setting is a plusComprehensive knowledge of Slack and GSuite Apps - Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides Benefits12,000 - 14,000 AEDMacBook LaptopMonthly mobile phone allowancePension Plan, Private Medical Cover, Dental Cover30 days annual leaveWhat Else You Need To KnowThis role is based in our Riyadh office location.
