The purpose of this role is to partner with a senior strategist and the communications planning lead to deliver an understanding of the cultural narrative, ensures deliverables are grounded in a strategic set-up and partners with media activation teams on go-to market ideas.Job Title:Senior Performance PlannerJob Description:Key responsibilities:Collaborates with the internal team to deliver day-to-day strategic work for the client(s), planning strategies (from briefing to execution)Support on planning: lead briefs conversation internally and externally with media publishers/partners for ideation, deliverables, and steer brainstorms. Executes, monitor, and optimizes digital media campaignsKeeps a pulse on leading and emerging media channels/partners (with a skew towards performance) and how to apply them to media/consumer brief responsesWorks closely with junior plannersUtilize regularly planning and system tools: media planning tactics (Statex, Zplan, business managers, CSS), booking and finance internal systems (VD, etc…)Minimum one year experience in a similar position (preferably other media/performance agencies) is requiredExperience with DCM / other ad-servingmonitors tools is a plusLocation:RiyadhBrand:CaratTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
