Build a customer relations and negotiate contracts that leads to sustained partnerships. Responsible for developing the numeric distribution, MSL, promotions calendar, analyze customer returns and monitor inventory levels. Analyze market share with clear goals and action plans per customer. Conduct regular field scans to identify market opportunities and observe competition. Support and develop the sales executives to accomplish organizations goals.
