The hotel authentic hospitality is seen throughout 1618 guest rooms and suites are thoughtfully and elegantly appointed-with extravagant amenities and five-star services that allow for peaceful reflection and repose. Job DescriptionReporting to the Health Club Manager, the responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Evaluate guest fitness levels and health conditionsBuild individualized exercise programsExplain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if neededMonitor the progress of guest fitness levelsExplain the safe and proper use of gym equipmentLead both individual and group training sessionsResearch on new exercise techniques and trendsPromote the gym’s fitness packages and plansInform guests about gym safety and hygiene guidelinesBuild a positive and trusting relationship with customersAdvise customers on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as neededQualificationsPrevious experience as a personal trainer or relevant roleKnowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to more challenging training sessionsAbility to guide and motivate clientsAvailable to work flexible hoursExcellent communication skillsCertificates in CPR and first aidHigh School Diploma; a degree in Kinesiology or Sports Science is a plusAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
