Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include:
As such, the Program/Project PMO is responsible:
Building and updating Forecasts on investments costs in his perimeter
Ensuring consistency between the Project scope and Targets
Steering economic optimization with all the actors involved
Managing annual budget for the program/project team
Performing experience feedbacks on costs aspects and providing it in order to ensure
capitalization of best practices, Sponsorship new arrivals…
Guaranteeing at the end of the Project a proper transfer of economic data to mass production
teams
Guaranteeing compliance with financial and accounting standard of management
Profile requirements:
- Education: BSc Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, etc.), alternatively
Economics/ Management Engineering/MBA, or upper.
(a technical equivalent experience know-how will be taken into consideration).
- Language skills: Fluency in English mandatory (B2 or equivalent/upper)
- Automotive basic knowledge, with its related subsystems structure (Body, Chassis, Interiors,
Propulsion, electrification to be considered as plus).
- Experience in Project Management (better if qualified by an institute).
- Basic knowledge of economics, mainly related to profitability program check (Variable costs,
investments, insource/outsource trade/off, actual vs. committed)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
