About this opportunity!We are now looking for a Project Planner to support the Customer Project Manager with specialist knowledge in the area of project planning and scheduling, trend analysis, critical path identification, backwards scheduling, “What if” scenarios, production of reports, customer interaction, control and monitoring. The Project Planner should be the project organization top authority on Ericsson recommended tool for tracking and reporting purposes.In addition, you will drive the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and systems required to be used by the Customer Project Manager.What You Will DoEnsure right project planning & Config management throughImplementing the E-2-E planning methodology to ensure alignment of all panning objects inclusive of operational activities, resource plans, material plans, spending plans , NS, CoS and billing plansContinuous update of the plans to map the latest realities on the ground together with close follow up on the required CRs for the changes on the projectEnsure all the related planning tools are updated to facilitate the readiness of the organization to serve the project accordinglyInterface with project financial manager, Resource demand manager, Approved Service provider manager and Order & Delivery manager to align on financial planning, resource planning, Service provider planning and material planningEnsure documentation configuration management of the project is structured according to Ericsson processDrive documentation control center process to ensure all documentation are abiding Ericsson processTo be involved in pre-sales planning activities ensuring alignment between pre-sales plans and executionEnsure right project performance enhancement throughStructuring the right project reporting setup internally and with the customer to achieve maximum transparency on the project progress on all areas (operational, material, resources, spending, NS, CoS & Billing)Supply the project manager with the right information together with analysis to enable the right / on-time decisions from the project manager based on ground factsEnsure continuous update of stakeholders on multiple levels (Internal & within customer) with the project updates status (on total project level) related to project progress and challengesFollow up on SLA and activity timelines and highlight issues related to continuous misalignment with the SLAsFollow up on customer deliverables and ensuring ( through DCC ) that all documentation is in placeYou will bringEducation: M.SC, preferably engineering, PMP is a plusMin years of experience: 4 yearsDomain experience: Telecom Network Rollout / Construction projects / Power line projectsExperience with Ericsson project management and rollout management tools is an assetGood understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategyStrong communication including writing reports and presentingFinancial acumen and skillsTime management and planningOrganized and methodological approachHigh Attention to detailExcellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of Planning software suitesAbility to remain calm under pressureStrong Problem solvingGood Budget and financial managementWork as part of a team and individuallyExperience with any dataviz tools: Tableau, SAP Analytics, Power BIExperience with relational SQL databases, including SAP HANA, SQL Server, AccessAdditional Requirements:Travelling flexibility of > 20% of timeWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
