• Minimum 10 years of experience in core Strategy Consulting with Tier 1 firms and strategy houses
• Strong current/previous consulting experience in Aviation (Airlines, Airports) either doing projects in strategy consulting or direct experience in the industry.
• Experience in Industrial (Logistics, Manufacturing, and Mobility, Automotive) either doing projects in strategy consulting or direct experience in the industry.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Strong financial understanding.
• Track record of leading and managing project teams to deliver client engagements in demanding environments against tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills; able to communicate and lead project delivery both orally and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multi-cultural teams.
• Must have an undergraduate degree (ideally in Business or Engineering from a top university) plus
