The successful candidate will be skilled at interpreting and presenting data in dynamic and engaging ways, turning complex data into simple, powerful stories. This role will be responsible for analysing data and communicating insights across the business with a view to turning them into commercial opportunity.Key Duties And Responsibilities Manage day-to-day data analytics workstreams, e.g. digital channels analytics report, web data analytics dashboards, tagging and taxonomy. Ensure the quality and standardization of data from key digital data sources (website, digital channels, email). Generate insights from media and creative endeavors spanning both website and digital channels. Utilizing commercial and marketing data from several sources to evaluate test feasibility. Identify success measures and primary KPIs, as well as media metrics, ensuring the implementation of relevant tools and measurement trackers. Examine test data, assess statistical confidence, and support the wider team in translating test results into actionable insights. Feed trends and insights into Media Planning. Work closely with the Revenue team to build category and insights reports. Visually present data and insights to internal stakeholders and resorts. Share quarterly insight updates and include in monthly reporting where relevant. The Digital Performance & Analytics Manager will closley work with the Digital team, Brand teams and Resorts to share actionable insights with the aim of improving performance and customer experience. Skills, Experience And Educational Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience working in an analytics role. Proven track record of turning raw data into meaningful analysis, presenting to business stakeholders, and driving value for the business. Experience with digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Background in marketing, media agency, or comparable client-side role. Proficiency with analytic reporting tools e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics 4, Datorama and Looker Studio. Proficiency with data analytics and data exploration e.g. Python, SQL. Ability to collaborate effectively with the wider team (internal departments and resorts). Strong data visualization skills with ability to build compelling data stories. Curious to understand and influence business drivers in the hospitality industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team to meet tight deadlines. Skilled in analysis, problem solving and decision making. Our company is expanding faster than ever before.
