We have initiated overseas partnerships in the likes of Zanzibar, the Maldives, and Thailand, as well as Travel Retail, supplying Duty-Free retailers in the region and Master Concessionaire projects, and of course, with our mother company, The Emirates Group, to provide high-quality products across the Group's portfolio.Job Purpose:Elevate our digital product landscape by crafting intuitive, user-centric designs that embody simplicity and sophistication, ensuring our software products not only meet but exceed customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Translate user needs into visually compelling and emotionally engaging UI designs across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and user satisfaction.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, creating prototypes and wireframes that pave the way for innovative solutions.Implement high-fidelity designs from low-fidelity wireframes, focusing on screen layouts, color palettes, typography, and interactive elements to enhance user experience.Stay ahead of design trends and technologies, applying best practices to iteratively improve product designs and user experiences.Required Qualification and Experience:A solid 5+ years in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of developing user-friendly digital consumer applications.A compelling online portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of digital product development across diverse content and platforms.Expertise in the principles of design, including layout, color theory, typography, and user interface elements, coupled with a keen eye for detail.Demonstrated ability to create intuitive user interfaces, site architecture, and user flows that respond effectively to user and business needs.Extensive experience with design software and tools, particularly advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with wireframing, storyboarding, and prototyping.Desirable Qualification and Experience:A passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies in the digital space.Experience organizing and facilitating brainstorming sessions and design reviews.What we offer:Join a team of experienced professionals who are experts in the industry.
