Summary:
- An ideal Customer Support Advisor manages the client's inquiries as well as provide them with standardized and high-quality service in a timely manner
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Answer clients' inquiries and help them use the company’s services
- Identify and qualify leads based on their needs and match them with company services.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely appointments and maintain ongoing communication.
- Accurately document all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.
- Role involves responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries.
- Maintaining the customer experience and providing the best image to the company
Job Conditions:
- Working location: Heliopolis (On Site)
- Working days: Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off days.
Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in English with C1 Level
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Previous experience as a Customer support agent, Call Center agent is a plus.
- Ability to work in the US Shift ( 3 PM - 12 AM ) & ( 6 PM - 3 AM )
