JOB PURPOSE:Ensure ASSA ABLOY is specified in the tender documents and that specified projects are awardedKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Meeting Consultants/Architects and understand their requirement from the concept / design stage of the project to ensure ASSA ABLOY is specified in the tender documents.Meeting Developers and End Users to ensure ASSA ABLOY is listed in the vendor lists.Conducting technical presentations to Developers, End Users Consultant, and Security Consultants on weekly basis.Assisting Consultants/Architects in drawing up specifications on doors and hardware for new building projects by completing the below tasks: Understanding Project Floor Plans for Door Scheduling, Hardware Scheduling, Technical catalogue sheet for the items proposed Preparing Specification and Hardware schedule through the coordination with the specifications team based on Industry Standard Ironmongery and Door requirements. Providing Technical assistance Jobsite inspection Providing budget pricing by coordination with the sales team Composing detailed master key schedule for any project, including high security restricted profiles and access control. Product research and selection Monitoring of the specifications from the builder to the date of handover Prepare accurate and timely reports. Update daily activities and include all projects and activities on CRM. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Diploma / Degree in Business or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in Specification field for Doors & Hardware Hands on experience in working on large scale projects with leading security consultants.
