IT Risk Governance Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Risk Governance Specialist to enhance our existing IT Risk framework documentation. The ideal candidate will focus on developing comprehensive governance documents related to IT Risk engagement procedures in change management, projects, and third-party interactions.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the IT Risk team to understand the existing framework document.Develop detailed governance documents for IT Risk engagement in change management, projects, and third-party interactions.Establish IT Risk procedures specific to change management, ensuring alignment with the overall IT Risk framework.Define qualifiers and engagement protocols for IT Risk in the context of changes within the organization.Formulate IT Risk procedures for project engagements, covering risk assessment, mitigation, and ongoing monitoring.Identify and document qualifiers related to IT Risk in project scenarios.Develop governance documents outlining the role and procedures of IT Risk in third-party engagements.Define qualifiers and engagement protocols for IT Risk activities concerning external partners.Requirements:Proven experience in developing IT Risk governance documents.In-depth knowledge of IT Risk management principles and frameworks.Familiarity with change management processes and project risk assessments.Strong understanding of third-party risk management.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Certification in IT Risk Management or related fields.Previous experience in a similar role, contributing to the enhancement of IT Risk frameworks.Familiarity with industry-standard governance frameworks.If you are an experienced IT Risk Governance Specialist with a proven track record in developing detailed governance documents, we invite you to apply.
