Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic People Partner to join our team. You will report into our Head of People and you’ll be responsible for performance management, compensation, rewards and benefits programmes, working with all departments across the organization. You will be part of multiple transformational projects as we are continuously working on improving our workplace culture.ResponsibilitiesCompensation and benefits management:Work closely with leadership to align compensation strategies with company goalsReview, assess and monitor our compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Regularly analyze market trends and benchmark against industry standards to ensure our offerings remain competitive. Performance management:Oversee and administer onboarding and performance review processes to foster a high-performance cultureCollaborate with managers to set meaningful performance goals and ensure ongoing feedback and development opportunities for employees. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessaryCommunication and advising:Serve as a point of contact for managers and executives, providing expert advice on HR-related mattersCommunicate effectively with employees at all levels, ensuring transparency and understanding of HR policies and proceduresHandle employee relations issues with discretion, sensitivity, and professionalismHR processes and operations:Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing prioritiesWork with our HR Generalist to streamline HR processes to enhance overall departmental efficiencyRequired Qualifications:4-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on rewards, benefits, compensation, and performance management. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of UAE and KSA HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a startup environment and navigate complexitiesProven ability to advise and collaborate with managers and executivesDesired Qualifications:Previous experience in a tech startup and/or leading tech companyKnowledge of the fintech ecosystem in the Middle East NB.
