Job Description

Real Estate Management:Contract negotiation and amendmentsDrafting and negotiating contract terms and conditions,Tracking critical dates for signage, closure, and other purposes, Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,Monitoring contract performance from creation to closure, and,Resolving any disputes or issues that may arise during the contract period.Supports members through guiding them in every real estate communication to guarantee a successful transaction.Builds a strong and accurate client database by means of encoding all necessary information to ensure proper management to the transaction systems of the company.Prepares reports through consolidating all essential documents to be submitted to the Broker’s office for company’s file compliance.Secures to obtain important signatories by means of checking the listing agreement, disclosures and other documents to make certain with the validity and authenticity of the document.Handles buyer and seller transactions through overseeing the performed purchase agreement to closing process to properly observe best practices.Maintains good communication with Agents, Clients, Lender and Title Officer by means of consistent communication to any updates regarding the properties in order to uphold smooth transaction.Sees to attend important activities such as moving schedules and closing process to make sure in having knowledge with the transaction and agreement during the activity/event.Talent Management:Supervise, guide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activities in accordance with the policies and proceduresActively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reportsGenerate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm to team goals, and guide team members through periods of change or uncertainlyProvide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflowProvide opportunities for team members to suggest, participate in and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiativesEnsure the team complies with OFD’s values, policies, processes and systemsFacilitate learning of the staff as per identified development requiremenPolicies, Processes & Procedures:Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures
